BIRK · Brand & Digital · 2026
A B2B system for land,
power and infrastructure.
Identity and website for a Nordic company developing powered land for AI infrastructure.
Overview
I led the work from identity to launch: visual system, website and the materials around it.
The job was to make a complex B2B offer readable — and keep it from looking like another property brochure.

Live platform for municipalities, partners and investors in Norway and Sweden.
Role
Lead designer — identity & website
Scope
Visual system · Website · Audience structure · Corporate toolkit
The Challenge
BIRK needed one brand that could speak to municipalities, landowners, grid companies, partners and investors — and a site that explained the model: land, power, infrastructure.
The identity had to feel Nordic and established — closer to infrastructure than to housing.
Direction
The direction moved away from typical real-estate codes. The system is built on structure, type and a short palette — closer to infrastructure than to housing.
Identity
A modular mark from three offset units. It works small on the site and large on boards. Symbol and wordmark can sit together or apart.
Website
The site is the main face of the brand.
I designed and built a responsive Squarespace platform that introduces the company, explains the model and keeps several audiences inside one system.
From square metres to megawatts
The process is shown as a sequence: origination, assessment, zoning, permitting, grid, handover. Numbered modules replace a long corporate story.
One brand, several readers
Dedicated pages for municipalities, landowners, grid companies, partners and investors. Same modules, different entry points.

Site criteria — what makes a plot usable
In use
The same system runs across the site, decks and corporate materials.
Outcome
Live identity and website for investor, partner and municipal communication in Norway and Sweden.
